3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information.
  • You are responsible for account security.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have proper rights to all User Content.
  • Your content does not infringe any intellectual property rights.
  • Your content complies with all applicable laws.

creatyl does not verify ownership of User Content before publication.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless creatyl from any claims, losses, damages, costs, or legal expenses arising from your User Content.

Subject Line: DMCA Notice

Your notice must include:

  • Your signature

Upon receipt of a valid notice, creatyl may remove or disable access to the material.

Repeated infringement may result in account termination.

6. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use creatyl to:

  • Violate any law
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Publish copyrighted material without permission
  • Post defamatory or harmful content
  • Distribute malware or phishing content
  • Engage in fraud or deceptive practices
  • Publish unlawful content

creatyl may remove content or suspend accounts without notice if these rules are violated.

7. Right to Remove Content

creatyl reserves the right to remove, disable, or restrict access to any User Content at its sole discretion.

This may occur with or without notice.

creatyl is not liable for any loss resulting from content removal or account suspension.

8. Subscription Plans, Payments, and Automatic Renewal

creatyl offers paid subscription plans and may also offer one-time purchases, workshops, training programs, bonuses, and other paid services.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize creatyl and its third-party payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for the applicable subscription fees, taxes, and other disclosed charges.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the next renewal date.

You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next billing date if you do not want it to renew. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not reverse or refund charges that have already been processed.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing period. You may continue to access the Services through the remainder of that period, subject to these Terms.

Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and included features are presented at checkout or on the applicable order page.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. You agree to provide accurate and current billing information and authorize those providers to process charges on behalf of creatyl.

Transaction fees may apply to sales made by users through the platform. Users are responsible for all fees disclosed under their selected plan.

creatyl is not responsible for payment disputes between users and their own customers.

9. Refund and Cancellation Policy

9.1 Payments Made to creatyl

Except where required by applicable law or where creatyl expressly agrees otherwise in writing, all payments made to creatyl are final and non-refundable.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Initial subscription payments
  • Subscription renewal payments
  • Monthly and annual plan payments
  • One-time purchases
  • Workshop or training purchases
  • Setup, service, or transaction fees
  • Digital materials, templates, resources, bonuses, and downloadable content
  • Live calls, coaching, community access, and other included services

Because creatyl provides immediate access to digital software, tools, content, resources, training, community features, and other benefits, no refund or prorated credit will be provided for:

  • Failure to use the Services
  • Limited or partial use of the Services
  • Failure to attend a live call, workshop, training, or event
  • Failure to access or redeem an included bonus
  • Dissatisfaction with personal results or business outcomes
  • Accidental purchases caused by the user
  • Forgetting to cancel before a renewal date
  • Cancellation after a payment has been processed
  • Remaining time in a subscription period after cancellation
  • Account suspension or termination resulting from a violation of these Terms

Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal charges. It does not create a right to a refund for any prior or current charge.

A request to cancel does not take effect retroactively. Any charge processed before cancellation remains due and non-refundable.

Any exception approved by creatyl is discretionary, applies only to the specific payment identified, and does not create an obligation to provide future refunds.

Nothing in this section limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

9.2 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to contact creatyl at help@creatyl.com and provide a reasonable opportunity for creatyl to review and address your concern.

Initiating a chargeback does not cancel your subscription. You remain responsible for separately canceling your subscription through your account or by contacting creatyl.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid charge that was authorized, properly disclosed, and connected to Services that were made available or used, creatyl may:

  • Suspend or terminate your account
  • Restrict access to the Services and included materials
  • Cancel bonuses, credits, or other benefits
  • Provide the payment processor and issuing bank with relevant records
  • Seek payment of amounts properly owed, to the extent permitted by law

Relevant records may include checkout acceptance, account information, login history, platform activity, content created through the Services, communications, IP information, delivery records, attendance records, and evidence showing access to or use of the Services.

Nothing in this section prevents a cardholder from exercising any dispute right provided by applicable law or card-network rules.

9.3 Refunds Offered by creatyl Users

Users who sell products or services through creatyl are responsible for establishing, displaying, and following their own refund and cancellation policies.

Refunds relating to products or services sold by an individual user are determined by that seller, not by creatyl.

creatyl does not guarantee or fund refunds for transactions between users and their customers unless required by law or expressly agreed to by creatyl in writing.

10. Intellectual Property of creatyl

All platform software, branding, logos, and proprietary materials belong to creatyl.

Users retain ownership of their content but grant creatyl a limited license to display and operate it for platform functionality.

The Services are provided “as is.”

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance.

creatyl is not responsible for user success, earnings, or outcomes.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless creatyl, its officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense arising from:

  • Your User Content
